During therapy I often yawn. Tell me, please, what am I doing wrong?

Answer: You are doing everything right. During therapy, you are usually in a relaxed state. This is similar to the state during yoga practice. Books that describe the practice of yoga describe this phenomenon. When a person is engaged intherapy as in spiritual practice , then he encounters certain obstacles that manifest themselves in different ways. One of the obstacles on the spiritual path is the "mode of ignorance", and it manifests itself in the fact that a person yawns. There is nothing strange in this. This will gradually pass if you continue to engage in therapy .

Our practice is geared towards teens and young adults with Anxiety, ADHD, Depression and others. We provide professional cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) along with medication as needed. The team helps to achieve a state in which the person performs to the maximum of their ability.

Larissa Yossefi use Headway for the practice.
